Theodore has over 30 years’ experience in corporate communications and journalism.  

He was the Executive Secretary for the National Hospitality Association of Ghana (NHAG), Public Affairs Manager for the Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), Communications Manager and Spokesperson for the Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO).

Theodore was also the Communications Specialist for the Ghana Poultry Project, (sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Corporate Communications Manager for Strategic Communications Africa (Stratcomm), Strategic Communications Director for Topnotch Communications LTD, and Communications Manager for the Africa Power and Politics Project, led by the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), UK.

He has consulted for a variety of corporate organizations, including Newmont Ghana, Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC), Prefos Limited, among others. He has authored four books and is columnist for various media houses, including Modern Ghana and the Business and Financial Times (B&FT).  

Theodore is a product of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and the University of Ghana.
