Mr. Theodore Philip Asare holds an MBA in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and an Executive Education from MIT Sloan School of Management in Massachusetts, United States of America.

He also holds a BSc degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University and another Masters program in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.

Before becoming the President of Theovision International, he served the organization in various capacities, including managing projects, communication and partnerships, and as Vice President.  

He is passionate about Design Thinking and facilitates training sessions in Design Thinking for corporate organizations.

Phil is married to Gloria and they are blessed with two lovely boys.
