Audio Bible Recording

Majority of Africa’s population are oral preference learners, meaning they prefer to communicate orally. In some cases, they do not know how to read or write.

Using cutting-edge, state-of-the-art digital recording equipment, a team of qualified and professional technicians, travel to the remote parts of Africa to record the Bible in the purest form of each indigenous language.

Through the recording of the Audio Bible in local languages, the Word of God has been made available to several rural communities across Africa.

Theovision and her partners have recorded the Bible in audio in 473 African languages, across 36 African countries and counting. In Ghana 43 local languages have been recorded.

Fun fact:

The first Audio Bible was recorded in the Akuapem Twi language in 1982 in Ghana
