Theovision International’s maiden music festival and fundraising event, “God Speaks Your Language” (GOSPYL Celebration 2016), which took place on the 20th March at the Revival Restoration Centre (RRC), Assemblies of God Church at Roman Ridge, Accra, under the theme “Reaching Non-readers with the Audio Scriptures” was simply phenomenal. With the view to publicizing Theovision International’s unique ministry especially among the youth, forming an army of life-transformers and raising funds to support rural evangelism done with the audio Bible in indigenous languages, GOSPYL was birth. The festival was graced with ministrations from popular Ghanaian gospel artists such as Uncle Ato, Naa Mercy, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Pastor David Asamoa and team Overflow. The audience were thrilled at the various ministrations; they danced, worshipped and praised to the very end of the program.
Rev. Theodore Asare, the founder and President of Theovision International shared the vision of reaching every unreached people group in Africa with the largely youthful audience. Some of the amazing testimonies that had resulted from Theovision International’s ministry done with the audio Bible in indigenous languages over the years were also shared. The artists and some of the audience had the opportunity to take home free audio Bibles in their preferred indigenous languages. Individuals took advantage of the fundraising event to sow into the ministry of Theovision International while others signed on as partners.
GOSPYL Celebration 2016 was awesome. Theovision International is grateful to God and to you for your support and presence.
