It’s such an interesting sight when children gather every Sunday to listen to God’s Word in their mother tongue. They always love to sing and dance before the Bible listening. Afterwards, almost all of them raise their hands at the same time eager to share what they heard. The children express what they hear in very simple language, sometimes with lots of illustrations done with their hands.

This happens every Sunday afternoon across 20 villages in the Eastern Region of Ghana. In order to allow these young ones to participate in the Bible listening program and also experience the transforming power of God’s Word, the idea of a Children and Youth Bible listening programs emerged.

Volunteers were taken through training sessions so that they could facilitate the Children and Youth Bible listening program effectively.

Gradually, these young ones are learning God’s Word and reminding each other of how to live by it.

Theovision International is thus extremely overjoyed to share this news of a Children and Youth listening Bible program which has a vision to reach many children and youth in other villages.
